Terms and conditions (summary)

Our yoga classes and workshops are governed by the agreement between participant and Brinexalo. Schedules and descriptions are for information purposes; Brinexalo reserves the right to make changes.

Payment before the start of a course or workshop unless otherwise agreed. Cancellation and refund conditions are included in the full terms; for single classes, a shorter cancellation period often applies.

Participants are responsible for their own health and for reporting any (known) conditions to the teacher beforehand. Brinexalo is not liable for damages arising from participation unless due to intent or gross negligence by the studio.

Liability & safety

Our teachers provide modified instruction, but participation is at your own risk. Consult your doctor if you have any medical concerns. Damage or theft of personal belongings is not the responsibility of Brinexalo.

  • Do not perform high-risk exercises without supervision.
  • Do not leave valuables unattended.
  • Report unsafe situations immediately at reception or via email.
Teacher demonstration

Teachers are NVT-certified and have first aid knowledge.

Disputes & complaints

Do you have a complaint? Please contact us first viainfo@brinexalo.com.au. We aim to respond to complaints in writing within 14 days.

Consumers may in certain cases use alternative dispute resolution. European ODR platform:https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

In Australia, you may also contact the relevant ombudsman or court; Australian law applies.
